摘要
随着越来越快的全球化经济进程,知识、技术、信息等迅猛发展,经济全球化格局逐步形成,随之而来的则是政治、文化等领域的国际化进程不断深入。因此教育的全球化、国际化趋势成为历史的必然,同时高校人才培养的国际化模式探索也显得尤为重要,即引出了在目前创新人才培养基础上如何进一步加强国际化氛围营造和引领的培养模式。从营造国际化育人环境、搭建国际化培养体系和建立国际化评价标准三方面进行研究,可为高校国际化人才培养提供借鉴和参考。
With the increasingly rapid globalization of economic processes, knowledge, technology, information, etc., the frame of economical globalization has been formed gradually, followed with the deepening of political and cultural globalization. Therefore, the globalization and the internationalization of education become a historical necessity, meanwhile the exploration of personnel training mode is also particularly important, which leads to how to further strengthen the international atmosphere and cultivation mode on the current basis of innovative personnel training. This article makes a preliminary study on three aspects： creating international education environment, building international training system and establishing international evaluation standards, to provide reference for the international personnel training in university.
