摘要
恽代英在成为马克思主义者后提出了公民教育思想,这是恽代英教育思想发展的必然结果。把学校构建成一个民主社会,让学生在参与这个环境的种种活动中养成健全的公民,是恽代英公民教育思想的鲜明特点。恽代英认为,健全的公民必须具备独立思想、独立行动、自尊、自信、适应团体生活五大素质,把为民众服务作为义务,并具有对国事的参与意识和能力。为此,恽代英提出了以"养成健全的公民"为目标的教育改造的实施方案。恽代英公民教育思想奠定了中国现代教育的基础,具有重要的历史地位、认识价值和借鉴意义。
After becoming a Marxist, Yun Dai-ying put forward his citizen education thought, which is logically inevitable for the development of his education thought. Some distinctive features of his thought include constructing schools as a democratic so- ciety and making students healthy citizens by letting them take part in various activities of this society. Mr. Yun thinks that a healthy citizen should have 5 qualities of inde- pendent thoughts, independent actions, self-esteem, self-assurance and practicing com- munity life, and that he should also take serving people as his obligation and have the awareness and ability to participate in the state affairs. Therefore, Mr. Yun suggests a plan of educational reform for cultivating healthy citizens. Having laid the foundation of Chinese modern education, Mr. Yun's citizen education thought is significant in the his- tory of Chinese education and is worth researching and learning.
