产业升级中的人力资源优化配置——以广东省为例 被引量:4

The Optimization of Human Resources Allocation in the Industrial Upgrade —Take Guangdong as Example

摘要 广东省三次产业总产值由高到低依次为"三、二、一",三次产业产值占GDP的份额由高到低依次为"二、三、一"。第一产业就业人数呈现不断下降的趋势,第二产业和第三产业的就业人数呈现不断上升的趋势,广东省产业结构基本合理。广东省人力资本存量的提高有助于广东省产业结构升级,但GDP的产业构成滞后于人力资本的产业构成。在各产业细分行业中,人力资本配置效率不高,而且人力资本对产业结构升级的贡献度不高。 The total value of the whole industries appears to be the trend in Guangdong as follows: The tertiary industry, the second industry, the first industry; the proportion of the production value of whole industries to GDP, the trend is shown as follows: the second industry, the tertiary industry, the first industry; the employment of the first industry is on a downward trend, the second industry and the tertiary industry keeps ascendant, the industrial structure in Guangdong is rational on the whole; the improvement of the human capital stock in Guangdong is helpful to the upgrading of the industrial structure, however, the composition of the industry in GDP lags behind the human capital composition in industry; in every industry segments of the industry, human capital allocation efficiency is not high, and the contribution of human capital to the upgrading of the industrial structure is also not high.
