摘要
目的探讨电针对缺血性脑血管病的治疗作用及其机制,为电针治疗缺血性脑血管病提供实验依据。方法将SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、模型组和电针组,每组大鼠16只。电针组针刺双侧内关、水沟、三阴交及配穴:百会,并电针内关、三阴交穴位。最后免疫组化SP法观察VEGF、GAP-43表达的变化。采用JD801形态学图像分析系统进行分析,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果电针组GAP-43阳性细胞数表达在各时间点较模型组显著增加(P<0.01);电针组VEGF表达在各时间点较模型组显著增加(P<0.01)。结论电针能促进各时间点缺血性脑卒中大鼠脑组织内VEGF、GAP-43的表达。
Objective To observe the mechanism of electroacupuncture for ischemic cerebral vascular disease, and provide a experimental basis for the recovery of ischemic cerebral vascular disease. Methods We selected SPF male SD rats for experiment, SD rats were divided into the normal control group, sham operation group, model group, electroacupuncture group; each group of 16 rats. Electroacupucture group were needled acupoint of Neignan, Sanyinjiao, shuigou, baihui, and Neiguan, Sanyinjiao acupoint acupuncture. needle handle were respectively connected to electroacupuncture instrument. At last we oberved the expressions of VEGF, GAP- 43 by immunohistochemistry. Statistical analysis and Image of JD801 analysis system were used to carry on the image analysis. Results GAP-43 positive cells of electroacupuncture group increased significantly compared with the model group at each time ( P 〈 0. O1 ). VEGF expression of eleetroacupuncture group increased significantly compared with the model group at each time ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Electroacupuncture can improve the positive expressions of GAP-43, VEGF expression at each time.
