摘要
[目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗眩晕临床疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组30例西比灵5mg、肠溶阿西匹林40mg,1次/d,早晚口服。治疗组50例半夏白术天麻汤(半夏10g,甘草6g,白芍15g,天麻15g,陈皮12g,白术15g,竹茹15g,代赭石18g,生姜10g,茯苓15g,枳壳12g),3次/d,2d/剂,水煎取汁,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈31例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈15例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗眩晕疗效满意。
[ Objective] The observation Banxiabaizhutianma soup combined with western medicine treatment of vertigo clinical efficacy. [ Methods] Randomized controlled method, 80 outpatients were randomly randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group of 50 cases Banxiabaizhutianma soup （Banxia 10g, Gancao 6g, Baishao 15g, Tianma 15g, Chenpi 12g, Baizhu 15g, Zhuru 15g, Daizheshi 18g, Shengjiang 10g,Fuling 15g,Zhike 12g）. 3 times / d, 2d / agent, cook the juice, western medicine with the control group. Continuous treatment for 7 days for a course. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment course, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure in 31 cases, effective in 17 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.00%. Control group cured 15 cases, 9 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 80.00%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The Banxiabaizhutianma soup combined with western medicine to treat vertigo satisfaction.
