摘要
[目的]观察辨证论治慢性阻塞性肺病疗效。[方法]将86例随机分为两组。治疗组43例痰湿蕴肺,化痰止咳,二陈汤(陈皮5g,砂仁5g,甘草5g,白芥子10g,莱菔子15g,紫菀15g,香附15g,法半夏20g,茯苓20g等);痰热壅肺,清热化痰、宣肺平喘(麦冬12g,苏子10g,山栀10g,甘草10g,款冬花12g,杏仁12g等);肺脾两虚,健脾益肺(黄芪30g,陈皮5g,甘草5g,杏仁10g,防风10g,法半夏15g,浙贝母15g等)。对照组43例通心络胶囊,2~4粒/次,3次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(14d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组好转36例,无效7例,总有效率83.72%;对照组好转31例,有效12例,总有效率72.09%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。[结论]辨证论治慢性阻塞性肺病,能够从根本上改善患者主要病症状况,值得临床推广。
[ Objective] To observe the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease efficacy. [ Methods ] 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group of 43 patients with phlegm retention in the lung governance Huatanzhike Erchen treatment( Chenpi 5g,Sharen 5g, Gancao 5g, Baijiezi 10g, Laifuzi 15g, Ziwan 15g, Xiangfu 15g, Fabanxia 20g, Fuling 20g Etc. ) ; phlegm obstruct the lung governance Qingre phlegm and Xuanfei of antiasthmatic( Maidong 12g, Suzi 10g,Shanzhi 10g, Gancao 10g, Kuandonghua 12g, Xingren 12g Etc. ) ; lung and spleen deficiency Governance spleen Yifei ( Huangqi 30g,Chenpi 5g, Gancao 5g, Xingren 10g, Fangfeng 10g, Fabanxia 15g, Zhebeimu 15g Etc. ). Tongxinluo cap- sule in the control group of 43 patients, 2 to 4 capsules / time, 3 times / d. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of the ldd, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Treatment group, 36 cases improved, invaild 7 cases, the total effective rate of 83.72% ; improvement in the control group 31cases, effective in 12 cases, the total effective rate of 72.09%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. [ Conclusion] The syndrome differentiation Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) , can radically improve patient disease status, worthy of promotion.
