摘要
目的了解河南农村艾滋病流行地区人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者的家庭功能和社会支持现状,为相关部门管理和关爱艾滋病患者提供依据。方法选取河南省周口汤庄乡6个行政村的150名HIV感染者/AIDS患者进行调查,采用一般情况问卷、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR问卷)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行问卷调查。结果 64.67%的HIV感染者/AIDS患者家庭功能良好,25.33%的家庭功能中度障碍,10.00%家庭功能严重障碍。家庭功能不同的HIV感染者/AIDS患者客观支持得分、主观支持得分、支持的利用度和总分差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 HIV感染者/AIDS患者社会支持总分和各维度得分越高,其家庭功能状态越好。应积极倡导开展适合农村HIV感染者/AIDS患者的家庭关怀与支持。
Objective To have knowledge about the current situation of family function and social support of HIV-infected/AIDS patients in Henan rural area with HIV/AIDS epidemic so as to provide a basis for relevant departments to supervise and care about the AIDS patients. Method 150 HIV-infected/AIDS patients were selected from 6 villages in tangzhuang township, zhoukou, henan province and they were investigated using general situation questionnaire, family concern Index questionnaire （APGAR Questionnaire） and social support rate scale （SSRS）. Results 64.67% of the HIV-infected/AIDS patients had good family function, 25.33% with moderate family dysfunction and 10.00 % with severe family dysfunction. Differences in score on objective support and subjective support, utilization degree of support, total scores of HIV-infected/AIDS patients with different family functions were statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion The higher total scores on so- cial support and scores on each dimernsion the HIV-infected/AIDS patients have, the better status of family function they will have. It is advocated that family care and support suitable to HIV-infected/AIDS patients in rural areas shall he carried out.
