摘要
目的通过对小儿急性阑尾炎术前误诊原因分析,以提高小儿急性阑尾炎术前诊断的准确率。方法对376例中经手术治疗及病理证实为阑尾炎而术前诊断为其他疾病的患儿进行分析,以明确小儿急性阑尾炎术前误诊原因。结果 106例患儿超声确诊99例,X线造影确诊101例。结论病史不明确,症状不典型,检查不配合,是造成小儿急性阑尾炎误诊主要原因。
Objective To elevate the preoperauve ctlagnosls acculate lat~ tn a ~,~, J analyzing the preoperative misdiagnosis causes. Methods 376 cases proved by operation and pathology of appendicitis and the preoperative diagnosis of other diseases were analyzed,in order to identify the preoperative misdiagnosis reasons of acute appendicitis in children. Results Among the 106 patients,99 cases were diagnosed by ultrast）und,101 cases by X-ray visualization. Conclusion The indefinite medical history,not typical symptoms,and uncooperative check is the major misdiagnosis causes of acute appendicitis in children.
