改款车散热器框架结构的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 通过对某改款车的介绍,阐述了目前在该车型中常出现的问题——散热器框架动刚度不足。针对该问题进行分析与解决,得出由于散热器框架拐角处连接强度不够,因此在散热器框架的拐角处增加连接板是一种有效的解决方法,为后续车型的改进提供了设计方向。同时,考虑改款车的生产管理及每次散热器框架的改动问题,简述了将散热器框架作为一个整体,即前端模块,不同类型的改款车采用不同结构前端模块进行组装的设计理念。 By introducing a modified vehicle, the paper expounds the common problem of the modified vehicle, i.e., the inadequate stiffness of radiator frame. It is obtained that an effective solution is to increase joined plank in the corner of radiator frame structure because of inadequate joined strength in the corner. Simultaneously, considering production and management of modified vehicles and the reassembly problem of radiator frame each time, the paper briefly introduces a design idea of treating radiator frame as a whole, i.e., the front-end modularization. A design concept of taking different front-end modules to assemble for different modified vehicles is introduced as well.
