摘要 电石法生产乙炔的过程中会有部分乙炔溶解于渣浆中,为了有效回收这部分乙炔气,在实际生产中引入了乙炔回收系统,利用脱吸塔对电石渣浆进行真空闪蒸将其中的乙炔气脱吸出来,经含氧分析合格后回收至气柜储存。给出了工艺流程及设计要点。经回收装置处理过的渣浆,其乙炔气质量含量可降至10 mg/L,乙炔的回收效率达90%以上。 The acetylene partially dissolves in the carbide slag slurry during the production of acetylene using calcium carbide method. The acetylene with the loss of slurry will lead to the environmental pollution, the consumption of calcium carbide and the uneconomic production. A recovering system has been introduced into the production of acetylene. In detail,the acetylene gas can be desorbed from the carbide slag slurry by a vacuum flash distillation using the desorption column. The recovered acetylene can be stored in a gasometer after an analysis of the oxygen content. In this study, the desorption pressure of acetylene, drainage of desorption column and its configuration in the process design have been analyzed in order to achieve a cost saving and environmental friendly design. The content of acetylene in the recovery processing slurry can be reduced to 10 mg/L. The recovery efficiency can reach above 90%.
