摘要
为了脱除钾混盐中的黏土矿泥,对反浮选脱泥工艺进行了初步探索,考察了浮选药剂和擦洗对脱泥效果的影响。研究结果表明,原矿经过两次擦洗,采用10 g/t的高分子聚合物X2和2.5 g/t的含乙氧基的脂肪胺C2,矿泥的脱除率可达到68.56%。
To remove the clays and slimes from the potash ores, explore tests were conducted on desliming process by reverse flotation, the effect of reagent type and scrubbing operation on desliming was also investigated. It was showed that the removal rate of sliming could reach to 68.56% by twice scrubbing with macromolecular polymer X2 (10 g/t) and aliphatic amine C: (2.5 g/t) as flocculant.
