摘要
针对现阶段创先争优活动的契机和新生党员自我实现的不足,结合嘉应学院新生党员培训班的实践,探索加强新生党员的教育管理新途径,增强基层党组织在大学新生中的凝聚力和影响力,以建立健全发挥新生党员先锋模范作用的长效机制。
Because of the present stage of good activities and the lack of self - realization in freshmen party mem- bers, combining the training practices of freshmen party members in Jiaying University, this article explores new ways to strengthen the education and management of the freshmen party members, and enhances the cohesion and influence of grass - roots party organizations, in order to establish a long - term mechanism for freshmen party mem- bers to exert the advanced exemplary function of commies.
