摘要
目的做好固定献血者的召回工作,提高无偿献血招募的成功率,及时为临床提供充足、安全的血液制品。方法通过对参加单采血小板献血者实行发放积分卡的奖励办法,调动其无偿献血积极性。结果 2011年11月—2012年4月,共成功采集血小板5 119个治疗量(3 547人)。采集两次以上者2 145人,积分卡拥有者再次献血1 979人次,占总发放积分卡数的92.26%。结论积分兑换纪念品可在一定程度上满足不同层次单采血小板献血者的需求,单采血小板献血队伍稳定并不断扩大。
Objective To improve the success rate of unpaid blood donation recruiting,and promptly provide sufficient and safe blood products for clinical use.Methods An integral award scheme was adopted for platelets donors to stimulate their initiative of blood donation without repayment.Results From November 2011 to April 2012,platelets were collected in 3 547 person-time,those donated for more than two times were 2 145 person-time,in which,1 979 person-time were point-card holders,accounting for 92.26% of total cards distributed.Conclusion Converting integration into souvenir meets different requirements of platelets donators,which makes the team of blood donators stable and expanded.
