摘要
目的:观察博尔宁胶囊治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的临床疗效。方法:治疗组32例晚期NSCLC患者服用博尔宁胶囊与对照组28例晚期NSCLC患者支持对症治疗进行对比研究。结果:肿瘤客观疗效:治疗组近期稳定率为59.4%,对照组为35.7%;生活质量:两组治疗前后Karnofsky评分变化比较,治疗组好转率为53.1%,对照组好转率为35.7%;疼痛情况:治疗前治疗组有26例合并癌痛症状,对照组有22例合并癌痛症状,治疗后治疗组癌痛控制有效率为80.8%,对照组为59.1%。结论:博尔宁胶囊能明显提高肿瘤稳定率和好转率,减轻癌痛症状。
Objective：To observe the effect of Boeming capsule in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods：In the treatment group 32 patients with advanced NSCLC patients taking Boerning capsule, and in control group 28 patients with advanced NSCLC with symptomatic treatment. Results：Objective tumor efficacy：the treatment group stability rate was 59.4% ,35.7% in control group;quality of life： Karnofsky score,improvement rate was 53.1% in treatment group, control group was 35.7% ; pain conditions：before treatment in 26 patients with cancer pain treated with symptoms, while in the control group 22 cases with pain symptoms, treatment group,pain control efficiency was 80.8% ,59.1% in control group. Conclusion： Boerning capsule can significantly improve tumor stability rate and treatment improvement rate, relieve pain symptoms.
