摘要
采用通用二次旋转方法,建立回归方程,研究分析了纺纱工艺中的分梳辊转速、捻系数、转杯转速对纱线各项性能的影响,并优化纺纱工艺参数。实验结果表明:转杯转速为27000r/min,分梳辊转速为5700r/min,捻系数为395时,纱线综合性能最好。变异系数为11.23%,断裂强力为377.53cN,断裂伸长率为10.87%,断裂功为134J,细节1个/km(-50%),粗节27个/km(+50%),棉结17个/km(+200%),毛羽46.3个/10m。
By the universal two rotation method and establishing the regression equation, study and analysis properties of yarn which is affected by speed of combing rollers and twist ratio and speed of rotor spinning, and optimize the technology parameters of spinning. The experimental results show that:when speed of ring is 27000r/min, speed of combing roller is 5700r/min, twist multiplier is 395, the property of yarn is best. Cv is 11.23%, breaking force is 377.53cN, breaking elongation is 10.87%, work of fracture is 134J, the number of spinning of details is 1 per kilometre(-50% ), number of nubs is 27 per kilometre (+50%), number of neps is 17 per kilometre(+200%), number of filoplume is 46.3 per 10m.
