摘要
文章通过对裂解气压缩机的在线监测数据和机组运行工艺条件,综合分析得出机组振动波动的主要原因。随着操作时间的延长,压缩机叶轮和级间的流道表面聚合结焦导致转子动不平衡,聚合物的不断累积使压缩机级间疏齿密封被聚合物填满,造成压缩机转子与气封发生碰磨现象,从机组开盖检修的情况验证了故障诊断的准确性,并针对转子磨损情况提出了相应的解决措施。
Through a comprehensive analysis on the online monitoring data and operation conditions of the cracked gas compressor,this paper found out the main reasons for the vibration fluctuations of the compressor unit.With the prolonging of the operating time,the surface polymerization of coke in the flow path of the compressor impeller and the inter-stage caused the rotor dynamic imbalance.And with continuous accumulation of the polymer,the compressor interstate teeth seal was filled with it,which resulted in collision between the compressor rotor and air seal.The accuracy of fault diagnosis was verified through compressor overhaul.And the corresponding solving measures are proposed according to rotor wear fault.
