摘要
目的探讨发现新的抗肿瘤天然物质,拓展寻找抗肿瘤药物的新研究思路及研究领域。方法采用改良方法提纯球形芽孢杆菌晶体蛋白,采用MTT法筛选检测该晶体蛋白对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果球形芽孢杆菌晶体蛋白对肿瘤肝癌细胞7721及乳腺癌细胞MCF7的生长抑制率分别为91%和93%,并显示一定的浓度依赖性。结论首次检测并发现球形芽孢杆菌晶体蛋白具有一定的体外抗肿瘤性。
Objective To explore new natural antitumor drugs and expand new thoughts and areas for research on antitumor drug. Methods Improved method was used to purify crystal protein from Bacillus sphaericus, and MTF method was applied to detect the inhibition effects of protein on tumor cells. Results The inhibition rates of crystal protein from Bacillus sphaericus on hepatocellular carcinoma cell 7721 and breast cancer cell MCF7 were 91% and 93% respectively, and they were concentration-dependent. Conclusion This is the first study to detect and find that the Bacillus sphaericus crystal protein has positive inhibition results on tumor cells in vitro.
