摘要
目的:探讨临床路径护理措施在冠心病介入手术患者中的应用效果,总结护理经验。方法:将80例行介入手术的冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用临床路径护理措施,对照组采用传统的护理模式,比较两组患者疾病相关知识掌握度、护理质量满意度、心理问题发生率、住院天数及住院费用等。结果:观察组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度和对护理质量的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),心理问题发生率和程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)住院天数减少了2.1 d(P<0.05),费用降低了2 063.6元(P<0.05)。结论:通过临床路径护理,可消除冠心病患者对介入手术的误解,提高护理满意度,提高患者心理舒适度,减少住院天数,降低住院费用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical pathway nursing measurements in coronary heart disease patients with intervention operation,to sum up the nursing experience.Methods:80 cases of interventional operation in patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the observation group uses clinical nursing pathway,the control group uses traditional nursing mode,Compare two groups of patients with the relevant knowledge of the disease,psychological problems of master degree of satisfaction,quality of care,the incidence of hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses.Results:The master degree of disease related knowledge and the quality of care satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the incidence of psychological problems and significant were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was reduced by 2.1 days(P<0.05),and the cost was reduced by 2063.6 yuan(P<0.05).Conclusions:Through the clinical nursing pathway in patients with coronary heart disease,we can eliminate the misunderstanding of interventional operation,improve nursing satisfaction,improve the patients′ psychological comfort,reduce the hospitalization days,reduce hospitalization expenses,it is worthy of clinical application.
