摘要
目的:初步评价糖尿病性视网膜病变Ⅲ期用芪明颗粒联合眼底激光治疗疗效观察。方法:采用双盲随机对照、临床试验研究方法,收集200例DRⅢ期患者,均采用眼底激光再联合药物,试验组(芪明颗粒)102例,对照组(羟苯磺酸钙)98例,疗程3个月,治疗结束后以眼底检查、眼底造像、OCT、FFA、视力等综合评价指标疗效,及血、尿便常规及心肝肾功能等安全性指标。结果:对照组显效率28.6%总有效率81.4%;试验组显效率40.2%,总有效率70.4%,两组疾病疗效相当(P>0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为0.98%,对照组为7.143%。结论:芪明颗粒联合眼底激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变Ⅲ期安全有效。
Objective：To evaluate preliminarily the effect of Qi Ming particles combined with Fundus Laser on III Stage Diabetic Retinopathy （DR）. Methods： Adopt double blind and double dummy, randomized eontrolled and clinical trial study, We collected 200 III Stage DR patients treated by Fundus Laser combined with medicine, 102 cases in observation group （Qi Ming particles）, 98 cases in control group （Calcium Dobesilate）. The treatment of course was 3 month. ？After treatment, the effect was evaluated by Fundus examination,Fundus imaging, OCT, FFA , Vision acuity and so on. Safety indexes like Routine blood, urine and excrement, ECG and Hepatorenal function were observed at the sametime. Results：The notable effect rate of observation group is 40. 2%, and total effect rate is 81.4% while it was 28.6% in control group and total effect rate is 70. 4%. They have the same efficacy （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The notable effect rate of TCM syndrome observation group is 28. 6%, and total effect rate is 79. 4% while it was 13.3% in control group and total effect rate is 63. 3%. The effect of observation group was better than control group （P 〈0. 05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reaction on observation group was 0. 98% while it was 7. 143% in control group. Conclusions：Qi Ming particles combined with Fundus Laser was safe and effective method on the treatment of III Stage Diabetic Retinopathy.
