摘要
目的:观察格鲁玛脱敏剂(Gluma)用于改善活髓基牙全冠修复牙体预备后敏感症状的效果。方法:采取自身配对设计,将因单颗前牙缺失,需要做固定桥修复的患者对应位置上的没有明显移位的46颗基牙随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组用格鲁玛脱敏剂(Gluma)治疗,对照组采用蒸馏水作为安慰剂。结果:经检测,试验组的23颗活髓基牙敏感程度大大降低,有效率100%;对照组的23颗活髓基牙敏感程度无变化。结论:格鲁玛脱敏剂(Gluma)虽不能彻底治愈敏感症状,却可以有效缓解患者的不适。
