车用锂离子动力电池关键材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 锂离子动力电池作为新一代环保、高能电池,已成为目前新能源汽车用动力电池主流产品。锂离子动力电池主要构成材料包括正极材料、负极材料、电解液、隔膜等,这些原材料成本约占电池成本70%左右。因此,国内锂离子动力电池及其材料生产企业近年来加大研发投入力度。基于对国内主要动力电池及相关材料企业调研数据,总结了车用锂离子动力电池正极材料、负极材料、电解液及隔膜等关键材料技术现状,并分别分析了发展趋势。 As new generation eco-friendly, high energy battery, lithium-ion power battery has become the mainstream of new energy vehicles, which consists of cathode materials, electrode materials, electrolyte, separator, etc. The cost of these raw materials accounts for about 70% of the whole. Therefore, domestic enterprises of lithium ion power battery and related materials production have increased R&D expense in recent years. Based on the survey data of related domestic enterprise, the current technology situation of four key materials were summarized in the paper followed by the analysis of their development trend.
