摘要
目的观察针刺配合中药薰药治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法将80例面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用针刺配合中药薰药治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后House-Braekmann(H-B)分级量表和多伦多面神经功能评定表(TFGS)的改善情况。结果两组治疗后TFGS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后H-B分级量表与TFGS评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈率为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组痊愈患者所用时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合中药薰药是一种治疗面神经炎的有效方法,其疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese medicine fumigation-washing in treating facial neuritis. Methods Eighty patients with facial neuritis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 40 cases each The treatment group received acupuncture plus Chinese medicine fumigation-washing and the control group, acupuncture alone. The pre- and post-treatment House-Braekmann （H-B） grading scale scores and Toronto Facial Grading System （TFGS） scores were compared between the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the TFGS score in the two groups （/＇〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the H-B grading scale score between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The cure rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant difference in the time to cure the disease between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Acupuncture plus Chinese medicine fumigation-washing is an effective way to treat facial neuritis. Its therapeutic effects is superior to that of acupuncture alone.
