摘要
目的:为方便卫生行政主管部门实施科学管理决策,建立一套供省级卫生行政部门使用的决策支持系统,为医药卫生改革与发展决策提供信息支撑。方法:整合各类法定报表数据,采用商业智能工具(BI),由业务人员根据卫生行政部门长期使用数据的情况、习惯,设计各类分析表、图、统计资料(如年鉴、月报月刊、分析报告)等,由技术人员实现。结果:省级卫生行政部门各业务处室可根据所分配的权限查询或自行生成所需分析表、图、分析报告等,为各部门制定全省相关工作规划、计划,撰写总结及分析报告等提供了重要参考。结论:卫生管理决策支持系统有助于卫生行政部门实施科学决策与管理。
Objective A decision support system was established to help the health administrative department in charge oi the implementation of scientific decision-making and to provide the information support for health reform and development. Method Various statutory report data was integrated, all kinds of tables, figures, statistical material （ such as yearbook, monthly, analysis re- port） had been achieved through business intelligence tools （BI）by business people and engineers, which meet the long-term hab- its of health administrative department in using data. Results Every business office with privilege in provincial health administra- tive departments can conveniently read and make the statistic tables, graphs, analysis report ,which provides an important reference for every department in making work plan, writing a summary and analysis report etc. Conclusion Health management decision support system will help health administrative departments to implement the scientific decision-making and management.
