摘要
在100%(CK)、77.3%、56.8%和28.7%4种自然光照条件下,研究遮光对芸豆籽粒充实及品质的影响。结果表明,遮光造成芸豆结实率降低,籽粒最终干物质积累量(k)、最大充实速率(GRm)、平均充实速率(va)下降。籽粒充实呈现"慢-快-慢"的"S"型增量过程,籽粒增量受充实速率和充实时间共同影响,遮光使籽粒干物质质量减轻的原因,主要是由于充实速率下降所致。遮光处理后,籽粒的商品品质变差,尤其是籽粒商品率和籽粒密度下降明显。同时影响籽粒的营养品质,籽粒蛋白质质量分数随光照度的降低极显著增加,淀粉和脂肪质量分数显著降低,且相关性达显著或极显著水平。
Effects of shading on seed growth and quality of kidney bean were studied under four different light intensity treatments (100% natural lighting as control,77.3%,56.8% and 28.7% natural lighting). The results indicated that shading reduce the seed setting rate, such as finally dry matter accumulation quantity of grain (k), the largest full rate (GRm), and average full rate (Va) were decreased. Grain filling showed an "S" mass process of "slow-fast-slow". Grain of seed was conditioned by grain filling rate and gain filling time. Shading effect on dry matter of grain mass was mainly be- cause the grain-filling rate dropped. Under shading treatments, the commodity quality of grain be- came worse, especially the commodity rate and seed density of grain were decreased more significant- ly. The results also showed that shading had great influence on the nutritional quality of grain, with the decrement of light intensity, the protein mass fraction of grain of kidney bean increased significantly, but the mass fractions of starch and fat were decreased significantly, the correlation was significant or extremely significant.
