摘要
对过盈装配过程中会出现的配合过松、配合过紧、漏装零件、压装不到位等几种失效模式进行分析,并在压装设备上装配合适的过程监控系统,实现了压入装配的同时检测过盈配合的实际状态,达到控制产品品质的目的。
The interference assembly process will appear with too loose, too tight, missing part, pressure equipment is not in place of several failure modes were analyzed, and the pressing equipment assembly process proper monitoring system, realized the press assembly and test the actual state of the interference fit, to control product quality objective.
