摘要
土壤中的汞、砷可能会通过食物链影响食品安全和人体健康,因此快速、准确的测定两者的含量成为土壤环境监测的重点。本文综述了将原子荧光法、原子吸收法及其他检测技术,与王水或其他混合酸的湿法消解、微波消解等前处理手段相结合,测定土壤中总汞、总砷的含量的方法。
Because mercury and arsenic in soil may influence food safety and human health through the food chain,it is very important to determine the content of the two elements fast and precisely.The determination of total mercury and arsenic by atomic absorption spectrometry,atomic fluorescence spectrometry and other methods combined with wet digestion and microwave digestion are discussed in this review.
