对化学氧化-剥离法制备石墨烯微片工艺过程中参数的优化 被引量:1

摘要 文章通过改变化学剥离过程中的单一影响因子,即氧化剂的添加量、氧化时间的长短、快速热剥离温度的大小、热剥离时间的长短、超声剥离功率的大小和超声玻璃时间中的单一因子,保持其他因子不变,考察改变单一因子时对产物质量的影响,通过热膨胀体积以及剥离后的FETEM图像来确定此方法中的最优工艺参数。最终确定参数氧化剂添加量、氧化时间、快速热膨胀温度及时间和超声剥离功率及时间的最优值分别为:45 g、100 h、1000℃、30 s、150 W和30 min。 By changing the chemical oxidation in the thermal reduction method of the single impact factor,i.e.the size of the addition amount of the oxidizing agent,the length of the oxidation time,the size of the rapid heat release temperature,the length of the heat release time,power ultrasonic peeling and ultrasound glass time single-factor,holding other factors constant,the ScS change when a single factor the impact on the quality of the product,to determine the optimal process parameters in this method by the thermal volume expansion and after peeling the FETEM image.Eventually determining parameters oxidant additive amount of the oxidation time,the rapid thermal expansion of temperature and time and ultrasonic the peeling power and time optimal values were: 45 g,100 s,1000 ℃,30 s,150 W and 30 min.
