摘要
对小麦麸皮低聚木糖提取液絮凝工艺的研究表明,提取液絮凝除杂的最优无机絮凝剂为聚合AlCl3,并通过单因素试验及正交旋转组合优化实验设计,确定低聚木糖提取液絮凝的最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,在聚合AlCl3添加量为0.54%,絮凝温度为61℃,絮凝时间为65min,絮凝液的pH值为7条件下,低聚木糖提取液的絮凝效果最好,低聚木糖的收率为88.72%。
The flocculation process of wheat bran xylo-oligosaccharide extracting solution was studied. It showed that poly- merization A1C13 was the optimal inorganic flocculant for the extracting solution. Based on single factor and quadratic regression rotational combination experiments, the optimum technology parameters for the xylo-oligosaccharide extracting solution were determined. As the results indicated, the optimum flocculant parameters were as following:flocculant dosage of 0.54 %, floe- culation temperature of 61℃, flocculation time of 65 min, solution pH of 7.0. Under the conditions, the yield of xylo-oligosae- charide was 88.72%.
