摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜对羽绒纤维的形态结构进行观察,对鸭绒与鹅绒的二阶绒丝结构进行详细分析.根据显微图像定性分析了鸭绒和鹅绒的差异,引入了菱节密度、菱节面积、菱节间距、菱节分布比共4个特征参数定量表征两者差异.光学显微镜测试结果表明,两种羽绒的上述4个参数均存在显著性差异.最后,将菱节密度与菱节分布比作为主要鉴别参数,菱节面积与菱节间距作为辅助参数实现对鸭绒、鹅绒的定量鉴别. By observing down fibers with scanning electron microscope and optical microscope, the morphological structure of the fibers was examined. A detailed analysis of the second order down- filament structure was given. According to microscopic image, the difference of two kinds of down were qualitatively analyzed. Meanwhile, four characteristic parameters including node density, node area, node interval, node distribution ratio of duck down and goose down were defined in order to quantitative characterization of their differences. The optical microscope results showed that the differences of above four parameters were marked. At last, the node density and node distribution ratio as the main identification parameters, node area and node interval as an auxiliary parameter could realize the duck down and goose down quantitative distinction.
