摘要
介绍冷轧辊淬火机床电气控制装置,研究改进国内冷轧辊淬火工艺装备以提高轧辊加工质量。重点阐述电气控制中伺服电机系统及可编程控制器(PLC)的选型和设计。通过控制程序的设计达到控制工件的机械运动,提高设备运行精度。用触摸屏与PLC通讯实现系统数据设定与监控。应用于感应加热装置,达到工件淬火工艺要求,相对引进国外设备成本显著降低。
An electric controlling device of quenching machine for cold work roll was introduced. The domestic quenching machine was innovated in order to improve the processing quality of cold work roll. The system of servo motor and the selection and design for programmable logic controller( PLC ) were expounded. The mechanical motion of workpieee can be controlled by the design of program to improve the operation accuracy. The data setting and the monitoring can be realized by the communication of human machine interface (HMI) and PLC. Quenching equirements can be achieved in induction heating device. Compared with the imported equipments, the cost of domestic quenching machine is reduced obviously.
