摘要
研究了罩式退火(热轧卷板的退火)温度及保温时间对430铁素体不锈钢冷轧成品的织构、力学性能、成型性能及抗起皱性能的影响。结果表明,再结晶率随着罩式退火保温时间的延长而增加,但不能完全消除带状组织;罩退工艺对伸长率、成型性能及凸耳有明显的影响,较低的退火温度不利于改善伸长率及成型性能;合适的罩式退火工艺可产生更多理想的{111}//ND-γ纤维织构,从而改善起皱现象。
Effects of bell furnace annealing (hot-rolled coil annealing) temperature and holding time on mechanical properties, texture, formability and ridging resistanee of the 430 ferritic stainless steel cold-rolled products were investigated. The results show that the recrystallization rate was increased with holding time of bell furnace annealing, but not completely eliminate the banded structure. Bell furnace annealing processes were found to have clearly effect on elongation, drawability and earing height of the final sheets. Lower annealing temperature led to poor elongation and formability. Appropriate batch annealing process can produce more desirable { 111 }//ND-γ fiber texture, thereby improve the ridging resistance properties.
