摘要
20世纪90年代以来,转岗教师相关研究已然成为国外教师教育领域的一个研究热点。国外研究者对转岗教师的知识、信念与职业认同、动机与影响因素以及在工作中的优势与面临的挑战进行了研究,并提出了构建针对转岗教师的教师教育体系的建议。
The issue on second career teacher has become a hot topic since the 1990s, and the correlational studies cover such aspects as follows:firstly,researches on the knowledge,belief, and identification of second career teacher,secondly ,researches on the motivations and factors that influencen applicant's entrance to teacher post,thirdly,the advantages the second career teacher may bring as well as the challenges they may encounter,lastly ,researches on the construction of teacher education system.
