摘要
目的:探讨药师参与临床急诊会诊患者发生药品不良反应(ADR)的意义。方法:对药师参与2次急诊会诊患者发生ADR的情况进行分析总结。结果与结论:药师在临床合理用药、ADR监测等方面发挥着重要的作用,药师以丰富的药学知识参与临床急诊会诊患者发生ADR,可发现潜在的ADR,给临床提供及时、正确的用药指导,因此药师参与临床会诊是十分必要的。
OBJECTIVE：To discuss the significance of clinical pharmacist＇s involvement in emergent consultation on patients with drug adverse reaction （ADR）. METHODS： Pharmacist＇ s experience with emergency consultation （twice） on patients with ADR was analyzed and summarized. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists play an important role in clinical rational use of drugs and ADR monitoring etc. With abundant pharmaceutical knowledge, clinical pharmacists＇ involvement in emergent consultation on patients with ADR can help find the potential ADR and offer timely and correct medication guidance, hence, it is quite necessary for pharmacists to be involved in clinical consultation.
