摘要
近年来,随着CEPA及其补充协议的实施,粤澳两地经贸往来日益密切,为深化粤澳金融合作提供了重要动力。本文阐述了深化粤澳金融合作的基本思路,提出了深化粤澳金融合作的具体措施,认为新时期粤澳应按照"整体规划、联动发展,优势互补、互利共赢,循序渐进、分步实施"的基本原则,从金融市场对接、金融机构共建与跨境互设、金融业务合作、金融监管合作、金融人才交流等方面着手,推进金融业更紧密合作,为我国金融创新和金融业对外开放探索改革新路径。
With the implements of CEPA and other supplementary treaties in recent years, economic and trade relations between Guangdong and Macao are close increasingly, which give impetus to deepening Guangdong-Macao financial cooperation. This paper proposes basic thoughts and details measures of deepening Guangdong-Macao financial cooperation, which should stick to the principles of comprehensive planning, integrated development, complementing each other, mutual benefit and win-win, gradual and step-by-step implement. It suggests that efforts should be made to enhance financial cooperation from the perspectives of financial markets integration, mutual construction and cross-border networking of financial institutions, financial business cooperation, financial supervision collaboration and exchange of financial personnel, so as to improve China＇s financial innovation and opening of financial sector.
