垂体后叶素抢救心跳停搏22例临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察垂体后叶素在心肺复苏中的疗效。方法:将38例心跳停搏患者分为治疗组(18例)及对照组(20例),治疗组给予标准剂量肾上腺素、垂体后叶素,对照组给予标准剂量肾上腺素,观察2组自主循环恢复率及出院成活率。结果:治疗组自主循环恢复率及出院成活率分别为60.7%、37.8%,对照组自主循环恢复率及出院成活率分别为21.2%、8.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:垂体后叶素在抢救心跳停搏可显著提高自主循环恢复率及出院成活率。
