摘要
目的:探讨硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗轻中度高血压的临床疗效。方法:将100例高血压病患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组50例。治疗组采用的降压方案为硝苯地平缓释片+厄贝沙坦片,对照组降压方案为硝苯地平缓释片+卡托普利片。观察两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组总有效率比较治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,具差异有显著性(X2=5.49,P<0.05)。结论:本观察结果证实硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压,疗效确切,不良反应少,耐受性好。
Objective：To investigate the nife- dipine combined with irbesartan in treatment of hypertension patients. Methods： selected primary high blood in 50 cases of patients with sustained release nifedipine, 10mg, 3/ d,irbesartan 150rag, 1/d, and two groups of clinical curative effcet observation. Results： of the 50 patients ,23 cases（46% ） ,effective in 25 cases （50%）, invalid in 2 cases （4%）, the total efficiency of 96% , two groups of the total efficiency of the chi - square test（ X2 = 5.49, P 〈 0.05 ） , curative effect in treatment group was obviously su- perior to the control group, the difference was significant. After taking a low incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion ： the obser- vation results showed that nifedipine com- bined with irbesartan in treatment of primary hypertension, definite curative effect, less adverse reaction, is well tolerated, worthy of clinical application.
