香港公开考试英语科校本评核及其启示

摘要 最近香港公开考试英语科校本评核(SBA)引起了语言测试界的广泛关注。SBA以"促进学习的评估"理念为依托,其信效度可靠。SBA在实施过程遭遇了社会文化的挑战和实际操作的困难,并引发了教学的过重负担,但是其对教学的积极反拨作用不可抹杀。正因如此,SBA对内地英语高考的改革,形成性评价的落实,和课程与测试之间互动的营造颇具启示。 The latest English school-based assessment (SBA)in Hong Kong public examinations has caught full attention from language assessment experts. It is underpinned by the rationale of assessment for learning and entails high validity and reliability. In the process of implementation, SBA has encountered various challenges and difficulties such as social culture, practical issues and heavy workload. However, it has also exerted positive washback effects on teaching and learning significantly. Due to this, SBA has enlightened the innovations of English assessments in high schools in China's Mainland.
