摘要
采用反应活性高并带有长疏水链的烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)对烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)的施胶专用淀粉进行湿法疏水改性,制备了具有低表面张力的烯基琥珀酸酐疏水化改性淀粉,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和表面张力等手段对其性能效果进行了表征,然后将改性后疏水化淀粉配制成不同浓度的施胶液进行表面施胶并对其施胶效果进行了研究。结果表明,在淀粉分子上成功引入疏水性长链,当表面施胶浓度为5%时,纸张的施胶度可以达到72s,接触角可达122°,纸张强度和耐折度均有所提高。
The hydrophobic starch with low surface tension was prepared in wet conditions and modified by alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA) which had high activity and long hydrophobic chain. And the performances were characterized by the infrared scanning electron microscopy (SEM), spectrum (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and surface tension meter, then the surface sizing effect on different concentrations of hydrophobic starch modified by ASA was studied according to application experiment. The results showed that the hydrophobic long chain was introduced onto the starch successfully, as the concentration of modified hydrophobic starch was 5%, the paper sizing degree was up to 72 seconds, and the contact angle was 122°, the paper strength and folding endurance were also improved.
