摘要
本文采用高树脂含量的5228A预浸料作为胶接层制备出无胶膜蜂窝夹芯结构,通过超声无损检测、滚筒剥离断面形貌及滚筒剥离强度测试等分析了无胶膜蜂窝夹芯结构粘接性能随成型压力及胶接层树脂含量的变化规律。研究表明,5228A树脂体系具有可控的流变特性,可适用于无胶膜蜂窝夹芯结构的制备;5228A树脂基预浸料具有良好的工艺性能,所制备的无胶膜蜂窝夹芯结构内部质量良好,蒙皮及蜂窝的粘结性能优良;蜂窝夹芯结构滚筒剥离强度随成型压力提高而提高,蜂窝夹芯结构滚筒剥离强度随胶接层树脂含量的升高而提高。
In this paper, the composites of honeycomb sandwich structure without adhesive film was prepared the high resin content 5228A prepreg was used as the adhesive layer. The adhesive behavior of composites with the molding pressure and the resin content in the adhesive film was analyzed through ultrasonic nondestructive testing, microstructure of cross-section and the drum peel strength. It was concluded that the 5228A resin with a controllable rheological properties was applicable to the preparation of the composites of honeycomb sandwich structure without adhesive film ; the 5228A prepreg had a good process performance. The internal quality of the composites was excel- lent. The adhesive behavior between the skinning and the cellular was excellent. The drum peel strength of the composites improved as the increasing of the molding pressure and the glued layer resin content.
