外伤性脑积水行脑室-腹腔分流术的观察研究

摘要 目的探讨外伤性脑积水行脑室-腹腔分流术治疗临床疗效。方法对我院近几年收治的外伤性脑积水患者行脑室-腹腔分流术,并分为采用可调式压力分流管治疗的28例患者(观察组)与采用固定压力式分流管治疗的23例患者(对照组),并对两组临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果观察组一周后总有效率(85.7%)明显优于对照组(60.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访对照组并发症发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论可调压式分流管具有疗效确切、耐久性、无创精确调压的可靠性,降低因分流过度及不足引起的颅内积血积液等优点,明显优于固定压力式分流管。 Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of ventriculo-pcritoneal shunt therapy on traumatic hydrocephalus. Method Traumatic hydrocephalus patients with intraventricular treated with ventriculo - peritoneal shunt admitted to our hospital in recent years is divided into two groups,28 patients using adjustable pressure diversion canal treatment (observation group) and 23 patients using a fixed pressure shunt canal treatment (control group), and clinical data of two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results After a week, the total efficiency in observation group (85.7%) was significantly higher than the control group (60.9%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Follow-up showed that the incidence of complications in control group was significantly higher than the observation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Pressure -adjustable shunt tube is exactly effective, durable, non-invasive and accurately- regulated, which can reduce intracranial hemorrhage effusion-induced by excessive diversion. This method is significantly better than the fixed pressure shunt tube.
