摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法将60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合阿德福韦酯治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组对的总有效率分别为96.67%、73.33%,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合阿德福韦酯治疗,能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床症状,药物安全、可靠,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。
Objective This compound glycyrrhizin glucoside united adefovir ester clinical effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods The 60 cases of chronic hepatitis b patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases, control group treated with compound glycyrrhizin glucoside, observation group in the control group on the basis of united adefovir ester treatment, compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results Observation group and control group in the total effective rate was 96.67%, 73.33%, of the observation group total effective rate is significantly higher than control group, compared two groups, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin glueoside united adefovir ester treatment, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with chronic hepatitis b, drugs safe, reliable, and no obvious adverse reaction, is worthy of popularization and application.
