摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征的临床效果。方法选择2008年10月至2011年10月收治的胆囊切除术后综合征的患者98例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用羟甲香豆素片等口服治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上大柴胡汤加减进行对症治疗。结果治疗后,对照组治愈17例,有效14例,总有效率为63.3%,治疗组治愈30例,有效15例,总有效率为91.8%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine to treat with postoperative syndrome of cholecystectomy. Methods 98 cases with postoperative syndrome of cholecystectomy admitted in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given hymec- romone tablet while the treatment group was received Chai Hu Tang on the basis of the conventional therapy. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.8 % significantly higher than 63. 3 % of the control group（ P 〈0. 05） ;after the treatment,the control group 17 cases wcrc cured,effective in 14 cases significantly lower than（30）and（15）of the control group,there ere statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The integrative medicine to treat with postoperative syndrome of cholecystectomy is effective,and it is should be widely applied in clinical.
