摘要
为评价声学定量 (AQ)技术监测心功能在中药治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)疗效评定中的应用价值 ,观察 44例CHF患者在中药坎离煎治疗 2周后临床症状、心衰评分变化 ,以及AQ技术监测血流动力学变化。结果显示 :治疗后随着心衰评分的降低和临床症状的改善 ,AQ所测指标SV、CI、EF、PER、PFR也随之显著好转 ,症状改善与指标变化相符。提示以AQ所测血流动力学指标可以客观反映患者心功能的变化 ,在中药治疗CHF时的心功能监测和疗效评定上可发挥重要作用。
To assess the applied value of acoustic quantification(AQ)monitoring heart function in evaluating the curative effect of congestive heart failure(CHF)treated by Chinese medicine,the clinical symptoms,scores of heart failure and hemodynamics were observed in 44 patients 2 weeks after they were treated by“Kanli Decoction”.Results showed that,with the reducing of the scores of heat failure and improvement of clinical symptoms,the SV,CI,EF,PER and PFR were obviously normalized;the improvement of symptoms varied with the change of laboratory indexes.The results revealed that hemodynamic indexes detected by AQ could objectively reflect the heart function,which played an important role in monitoring the heart function and evaluating the curative effects.
