B7-H1分子在系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血CD11C阳性树突状细胞的表达和意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究B7-H1分子在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血CD11C阳性树突状细胞的表达情况及其临床意义。方法利用流式细胞术检测2009年1月~2011年12月就诊于利川市人民医院的40例SLE患者及20例健康人外周血CD11C阳性树突状细胞上B7-H1分子的表达情况。并对其表达水平与SLE相关临床及实验室指标进行相关性分析。结果40例SLE患者BT-H1分子的阳性表达率为(55.43±8.63)%,明显高于健康对照组(47.28±9.32)%,且P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。在SLE患者中有浆膜炎、肾脏病变、免疫异常、口腔溃疡、抗Sm-D1及抗核小体抗体阳性者,B7-H1的表达要高于相应的无症状者及抗体阴性者(P〈0.05)。表达B7-H1的CD11C阳性树突状细胞比率与SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI),C反应蛋白(CRP)、三酰甘油正相关(P〈0.05,r〉0.00),与ALT、间接胆红素、血清清蛋白负相关(P〈0.05,r〈0.00)。结论BT-H1在SLE患者外周血CD11C阳性树突状细胞上高表达,且与病情有一定的相关性。提示B7-H1可能在SLE发病机制中发挥着一定作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and function of B7-H1 on peripheral Blood CD11C positive dendritic cells (DC) of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods, Selected 40 patients with SLE and 20 healthy volunteers as control,then detected the expression of B7-H1 on peripheral blood CD11C positive cells using flow cytometry, and performed the correlation analysis of the BT-H1 expression and SLE relevant clinical or laboratory indexes. Results Compared with healthy volunteers, the proportions of CD11C positive DC expressing BT-H1 were higher in the patients with SLE. In SLE patients, groups with serositis, renal lesions, mouth ulcer, immunologic abnormality, antibody against Sm-D1 positive or antibody against nucleosome positive were higher than the negative groups separately. The positive correlations were observed between B7-H1 expression levels and clinical measure of the SLEDAI,CRP, and serum triglyceride level. The negative correlations were observed between B7-HI expression levels and clinical measure of ALT,the serum indirect bilirubin level and serum albumin level. Conclusion The expression of BT-H1 increased on DC of SLE patients,and correlated with clinical measures. Therefore B7-H1 may play an important role in the progression of SLE.
