摘要
针对碱性染料在非纺织印染行业的大量应用,现有碱性染料强度测定方法不适应新要求的问题,研究制定了新的强度测定方法———即分光强度测定方法。本文对4支碱性染料产品溶解所用的溶剂、溶解方法、最大吸收波长、测定溶液的浓度等条件进行了研究,同时将染料产品的分光强度和染色强度作了对比。结论认为:碱性染料的分光强度与染色强度具有很好的一致性,分光强度可以反映染料的染色强度,并且具有操作简单、检验成本低、检验时间短、人为因素影响少等优点,可用于产品质量的控制。
Aiming at a large number of basic dyes used in non textile printing and dyeing industry, and the problem of present determi- nation for dyeing strength of basic dyes could not meet the new requirements, a new method for determination of the dyeing strength-- namely determination of spectrostrength was determined. Selection of the solvent, dissoving method, maximum absorption wavelength, solution concentration and other conditions of four basic dye products were studied. The spectrostrength of the dye was contrasted with its dyeing strength. The results showed that the spectrostrength of the dye was highly correlated with its dyeing strength, and the spectro- strength could reflect the dyeing strength of dyes ; the method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, short time and less influ- ence of artificial factors. It can be used for quality control of basic dyes.
