摘要
目的探讨微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009年8月-2012年8月广饶县人民医院收治的100例采用微型种植体进行口腔正畸治疗患者的临床资料,评估其可行性及疗效。结果 100例患者均能够较好耐受微型种植体,矫治结束后患者面形良好,牙齿排列整齐,治疗前后X线头影测量值变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体可为口腔正畸治疗提供稳定可靠的骨性支抗。
Objective To explore application value of the micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods Clinical data of 100 cases with mini-implants for orthodontic treatment from August 2009 to August 2012 wereretrospectively analyzed. The feasibility and efficacy of this method were evaluated. Results 100 patients were able to better withstand Mini implant, treatment after the end surface teeth in patients with good, neat arrangement after treatment, cephalometric changes significantly, P〈0.05.Conclusion Mini-implants for orthodontic treatment can provide stable and reliable skeletal anchorage.
