摘要
采用深圳笔架山水厂实际原水和模拟原水,研究了活性炭(AC)在不同条件下对原水中六价铬的去除效果.研究结果表明:活性炭对六价铬的吸附效果主要受到pH的影响,平衡研究发现AC吸附效果最好的pH值为2,投加量在4 g.L-1,吸附时间在90 min时,六价铬的去除率达到95.73%;随着吸附剂投加量的增加和吸附时间的延长,六价铬去除率会逐渐升高然后趋于稳定;六价铬的去除率会随着六价铬初始浓度的升高而降低.AC对六价铬的吸附去除能力很强,无论是原水还是纯水对六价铬去除率都达到了99%以上,原水中的其他吸附剂对吸附的影响很小,活性炭可以作为去除水中六价铬的有效吸附剂.
By using the actual raw water and simulated raw water from Bijiashan Water Plant in Shenzhen, re-moval of Cr(Ⅵ) ions from aqueous solution under different conditions was investigated using activated carbon (AC) as adsorbents. Results showed that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) depended significantly on pH. Equilibrium studies showed that Cr(Ⅵ) had a highest adsorption effect by AC when pH = 2, dosing quantity with 4 g · L^-1 and adsorption time with 90 min. The maximum removal rate was 95.73 %. With the adsorbent dose and time increased, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) will be gradually increased and then stabilized. The removal will reduce when the initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) increases. The adsorption ability of AC is very strong, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) could reach more than 99% both in raw water and pure water. The influence from rest adsorbate in raw water for adsorption is very small. The results suggest that AC could be used as effective adsorbent for the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) ions.
