摘要
设计了一款新型环保压缩土壤砖加工设备。该设备压缩土壤砖的优点是,可就地取材、免烧、可再循环利用等,具有普遍实用价值。该压缩土壤砖可用于新农村房屋、日光温室等基础设施建设中。该压缩土壤砖设备集机、电、液一体化,主要由机械、液动及控制等部分组成,整个设备在PLC控制下实现了粘土供送、自动上料、液压成型、土块的输送、记数等工作过程的自动控制,可以提高生产效率、降低生产、运输成本,且能够适应大规模生产的需要,具有很高的可靠性和性价比。
A new type recycling pressed soil bricks equipment was designed with characteristics of obtain raw materials locally,baking-free,recycling use and practical.Pressed soil bricks can be used in country houses,solar-greenhouses,etc.This recycling pressed soil bricks equipment which consists of mechanical component,hydraumatic component and control component can achieve automatic control by PLC in conveying clay,loading materials,hydraumatic molding,conveying bricks,counting,etc.So it can improve productivity,reduce costs of manufacture and delivery,meet the needs of mass production,and it's also reliable and cost-effective.
