摘要
为了适应欧洲高速蜡染工艺,对传统蜡染坯布生产工艺进行了大幅度的改进,通过对络筒张力的控制,整经边纱张力的控制,浆纱各区伸长的控制及布机上机工艺的调整和卷取系统的改造,整理打包机的改造,提高了布边质量,改善了布面风格,确保了纬向织缩率,增加了成包长度,纯棉腊染坏布的生产重点在于布边的控制,确保布边平整、通过对各工序采取的一系列措施及加强生产质量管理,以达到高速蜡染工艺的要求。
