摘要
重金属污染严重影响植物的生长发育,影响作物的产量和品质,并通过生物链放大作用进一步对人类健康和环境造成严重危害,因此,重金属污染已成为我国乃至世界性的重大环境问题。综述了重金属对植物毒害作用机制的研究现状,并着重介绍了重金属污染对植物生理生化特性的影响以及毒害作用的分子机理,包括重金属对植物生长发育、细胞超微结构、细胞膜、光合作用、物质代谢及体内抗性酶活性等方面的影响。
Heavy metals pollution seri- ously affected plant growth and develop- ment, crop yield and quality, and further caused serious damage on humans health and the environment through the food chain amplification effect, so the heavy metal pollution had became our country and worldwide＇s environmental prob- lem. The toxicity mechanism research situation of heavy metals on plant was reviewed.And emphatically introduced the pollution of heavy metals on plant physiological and biochemical characteristics and molecular mechanism of toxicity effects, including the effects of heavy metals on plant growth and development, cell ultrastructure, cell membranes, photosynthesis, metabolism, resistive enzyme activity and others.
